1 tbsp ground coriander
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp ground anatto seeds; achiote or turmeric
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp kosher salt
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp ground black pepper

1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.

2. Store in an airtight container.

Note: 1 1/2 teaspoons of this mix equals one packet of commercial sazon.
