Dried Beef Cheese Ball

Ingredients

16 oz cream cheese; softened
1/4 cup black olives
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 medium green onions; chopped
2 cloves garlic; finely diced
1/4 tsp celery salt
4 oz dried beef; chopped

Directions

1. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, olives, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic and celery salt and dried beef. Mix until smooth.

2. Shape into ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours or overnight.

3. About 30 minutes before serving, remove wrap from cheese ball and reshape if necessary.

4. Roll in chopped dried beef.
